I agree that 8ball is good. Relatedly, you might be interested in the Blind Pig or Circus (the latter of which will have Karaoke on Saturday). They are all at the same location.
Lucky for you, it is spring break at U of M, so there will not be a ton of college students at any of these places or any other bars in town for that matter.
