I'm trying to find out the name of a restarunt somewhere in the Detroit area. I believe it is downtown, but I'm not sure. This is where my father proposed to my mother, and I'm looking to send them back for their anniversary. He has told me this restaraunt is at the top of a tall buildnig (no clue how many stories.) And the elevator you take up is on the outside and is glass. He also told me the restaraunt spins slowly. Does anyone know the name, and location, or if it is still open?

It was probably either the Hyatt Regency Hotel Restaurant in Dearborn, or more likely the Ren Center in Detroit. From Wikipedia: "When it opened, the conical central tower was originally the flagship of the Westin Hotels, changing hands over the years to its current owner, the Marriott Hotel chain. The top three floors of the hotel hosted a high end restaurant that rotated to allow a 360 degree view and was called The Summit." The summit is now closed and a restaurant called Insignia took over but I don't think it rotates anymore.
