The Whitney is very good(but expensive) also,The Caucus Club and The Rattlesnake are just as good.

I have heard Mr. Pauls Chophouse in Roseville is excellent for steaks. Also, the Oxford Inn is good too. The Hill Seafood and Chop House in Grosse Pointe Farms is excellent too.
